As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 24 hours .

Estimated Delivery
As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase.  

(Shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the after effects if the COVID-19 pandemic)

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact our support team at support@lcgiftshop.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing or are defective, we will work diligently to correct the error.  

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.  As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 

LGS Direct has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
